Auto Electronic Milk Tester (Auto EMT)

Description

The Automatic Electronic Milk Tester performs measurement of fat content in milk. The percentage of fat content is measured accurately and displayed quickly on a digital display for a convenient read-out by the user and the milk producer. The instrument is simple and economical for milk fat analysis. It uses a high torque AC synchronous motor to make it reliable, rugged and to perform proper homogenisation of high fat milk sample. This instrument assists in reducing the physical effort (required in manually operated EMT) and is very useful for women operators in the women milk co-operative societies.

Working principle

Automatic Electronic   Milk   Tester   works   on   the  principle  of photometric  measurement of  light scattered by the fat globules  present  in  the  milk  sample. The  measuring procedure follows the automated system of dilution, mixing, homogenization and photometric measurement.
